The topic of this week’s blog post is that fascinating subject – Values!
For the sake of a little variety, I’ll be deviating from the standard written article format, in favour of a podcast.
Loyal readers who have been engaged with this Blog for a year or more will recall the series of podcasts titled ’Speaking From Our HEARTS’ that I have been involved with.
My good friend, Paul Lowe, is the founder of HEARTS, an acronym that stands for Helping Everyone Achieve Results Towards Success.
Paul is a philanthropist and a coach and mentor with many years experience, having successfully completed the New Insights Life Coach Training and Certification Programme.
Paul, a UK citizen currently living in Spain, is the founder of \’Speaking From Our HEARTS’ a podcast series that now boasts some 140 intriguing episodes … and counting.
It has been my privilege to cooperate with Paul on four episodes to date, covering life purpose, human needs, beliefs and, most recently, values.
Apart from agreeing the topic, our conversations are entirely unplanned and unscripted. So, although they may not have that professional polish, they do come from the heart! They also tend to go wherever they take us!
As every life coach – and certainly those who are in training and have been trained by New Insights – will know, Values play an integral and vital part in our lives.
Once we are able to tune out the noisy distractions and demands of our external worlds, and tune into our inner beings, we can start to live authentic, proactive, value-driven lives, as opposed to reactive, needs-driven lives.
Value-driven living is more purposeful, meaningful, fulfilling and joyful.
Our values – if we consciously know and act on them – are truly the key to our destinies.
Please join Paul and I as we explore this topic in more depth.

Thank you so much to both of you for this very inspiring podcast on a crucial aspect of living a fulfilling and purposeful life.
🙂 🙂
First I’m a community activist, I’m ever ready to assist anyone that cross my path in a day. The joy that I extract from helping others, is sometimes unexplainable. It also brought me to realize the amount of capacity building required. That’s why these character building magnetized me.
As ever, a real pleasure to share with Bill an in-depth conversation – resulting in New Insights…
The feeling is mutual – thanks Paul! 🙂 🙂
Am hugely grateful for the inspiring passage I have
read!
