In what will be the final Blog contribution for 2019, I have once again teamed up with my good friend and philanthropist, Paul Lowe, to bring you another Podcast in Paul’s series, Speaking From Our HEARTS.
Today we bring you a discussion on that vitally important topic of Taking Personal Responsibility.
During the course of the last twelve months, Paul and I have collaborated on five podcast discussions focused on various key topics covered in the New Insights Life Coach Training Programme. The previous four, which you can access by clicking on the titles below, being:
Life Purpose
The Six Human Needs
Beliefs
Values
Let me take this opportunity to thank Paul for these opportunities and for the wisdom and insights he has shared throughout his inspired podcast series, Speaking From Our HEARTS.
I’d also like to wish all you wonderful readers of Life Coaching Insights a fabulous Christmas and/or holiday season.
I will personally be taking a break from writing until around mid January or so.
Until then, I would commend to you the well over 250 articles posted on this Blog. Find something of interest by typing a keyword into the search bar on the right, or simply choose from the numerous categories of articles to bring up a selection of relevance.

I look forward to connecting with you all again in the New Year!
An interesting podcast, Bill and Paul. A heightened self -awareness is definitely an essential part of personal growth and Taking Personal Responsibility for actions taken or not taken is a strategy that is far more conducive to lasting happiness than either justifying or blaming.
Hello, I really enjoyed this podcast and found it to be extremely helpful in helping me notice where I sometimes choose not to take responsibility. I wanted to listen to another podcast called Them Six Human Needs’ but have found it’s no longer available. Is there an alternative means of accessing it please?
Hi Julie
Apologies for the problem. I have now corrected the link from the blog post that deals with this podcast and subject so it should be accessible to you now.
